Bishop Rodney S. Walker is a respected prophetic voice, author, and apostolic leader with more than thirty-five years of ministry impact. He is the Founder and Senior Pastor of Heritage Church International in Waldorf, Maryland, and the General Overseer of Bishop R. S. Walker Ministries, providing oversight to churches, ministries, and businesses nationally and internationally.

A graduate of Jericho Christian Training College and Regent University, Bishop Walker is pursuing a Master’s degree in Psychology with a focus on leadership coaching. His ministry centers on apostolic teaching, prophetic development, and practical biblical application, marked by precision and clarity.

He is spiritually accountable to Dr. Michael Freeman and submitted to his spiritual father, Bishop Ralph L. Dennis. Bishop Walker is married to Pastor Betty A. Walker and is the father of ten children.
