In his role as a Senior Partner for Partners In Leadership, Tanner actively leads many of the firms largest consulting projects, including the design and execution of multi-year client engagements. Tanner has led large scale transformation projects with numerous Fortune 100 clients.

His client consulting and training projects include multi-year engagements with companies like General Motors, US Foods, Bayer, Brinker International, Char-Broil, HCA (Hospital Corporation of America), Hormel, Kimberly-Clark, Ocean Spray, and Sutter Health. In each of these organizations, Tanner has worked extensively with the executive leadership teams.
