A God loving, cat lover, Navy veteran William grew up in a big family which immigrated from Brazil March of 1970. After living in a couple different foster homes, he was finally adopted into a loving home where he learned valuable life lessons. Growing up on five acres allowed him the opportunity to grow gardens, take care of the lawn and landscaping, as well as various household chores. His mother Ulainee was a nun in the Catholic Church and a teacher both in the clergy and in the public schools. Donald his dad was an immigrant from England and taught him many valuable life skills. Donald was a draftsman and electrical engineer. Life was quite interesting living with many different foster kids with disabilities which fostered in him a path in which he eventually finished his career working for the University of Michigan Mott Women and Children’s Hospital in Radiology. This is where he began writing his first children’s book “Mommy’s Nest” a chicken world.
