Rita Hamilton

Rita Hamilton grew up in a family with 4 older brothers. Life was difficult at times and they did not have hydro or running water for much of her childhood.

Rita learned to read at the age of 5 and immediately fell in love with the feel of a book in her hands and the joy of escaping into another world.

Later in life Rita married and had 4 sons. She loved to read stories to them and make up her own stories as well. Rita now has 10 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren.
