Daphne Y. Jefferson

Daphne Y. Jefferson is a leadership and executive coach with a demonstrated history of working with corporations, government and nonprofit organizations. In addition, she is skilled in federal agency leadership, program management and organizational effectiveness. She holds a Master’s degree in Public Administration from American University and she also has an Executive Certificate in Leadership Coaching from Georgetown University.

Daphne is proud of the fact that she pivoted to a second career as an executive coach and volunteers with nonprofit organizations. She has a close bond with her family, who taught her so many important lessons in life. Loyal, honest and compassionate are words that describe how she lives her life.
