Eddie Halling

Eddie Halling was born and educated in Swansea, South Wales, He worked with the Bedfordshire Police in the UK for thirty years. Five of those years working with a German Shepherd police dog called Baron. The stories in the books he has written are based on fact detailing many of the adventures that the dog and handler team enjoyed in their time together. When the author was promoted to sergeant Baron was retired and lived out the rest of his life with the author and his family.
