Elio Capriati, Neapolitan, dedicated himself to the documentary study of correspondence and letters of important families and foreign personalities (Swiss, French, English) who, despite having lived and held prominent roles in Naples for a long time between the second half of XVIII and the first years of the XX century, have almost disappeared in the collective memory of the city. From these researches he has drawn historical-biographical narratives such as " Edgar and his family and “Family portrait. I Meuricoffre". The last published work - "Medieval Suite" - is a collection of stories set in the Swabian-Angevin world between Germany, Hungary and the Kingdom of Naples.
