After following mainstream diets for decades, I was miserable and in a constant state of weight regain. I was no stranger to chronic illnesses, like heartburn, daily headaches, anxiety, depression, cystic acne, and more.

Once I hit 245 pounds, I felt helpless since no mainstream diet advice no longer worked. Then I came across the same life changing info I now teach and lost 100 pounds, which I’ve kept off for nearly 5 years. My chronic conditions vanished, I have more energy than I’ve ever had, and maintaining what I lost has been a breeze.

I’ve since written 5 books, host the Chat the Fat podcast with the author who helped me get started, and have put together courses and challenges to help others learn these same life transforming strategies. I teach others how to eat fat and get healthy with a low carb lifestyle, which includes keto, intermittent fasting, and improved digestion.
