Francis Eberle PH D

Francis Eberle, Ph.D., has spent more than 25 years as an executive for nonprofit organizations and startups. He believes that people development is business development, and that the most effective leaders in the long run share their authority with others.

He has entered every leadership position he’s taken as if it were temporary. Reminding himself that every leader moves on helped him focus on the future of the organization rather than his own future.

He is currently an executive coach and team dynamics specialist, helping leaders reflect on their own experiences and knowledge, and effectively connect to people and organizations to develop solutions to increase their performance. He works with a highly effective team of business and leadership coaches through Price Associates, where he is a leadership and organizational advisor.

He received a bachelor of science degree from Boston University, a master’s degree from the University of Connecticut, and a Ph.D. from Lesley University. He calls Phippsburg, Maine, home and writes in his home office at the end of a long driveway, close to the ocean. He walks often with his wife, Diane, and their dog, Zoe.
