He graduated from the Universitą Cattolica with a degree in Political Science back in 1985. His career trajectory has predominantly revolved around the realm of organizational consultancy, culminating in the establishment of companies and brands within the Human Resources sector. His acute awareness of digital evolution has been manifest since the inception of this paradigm shift, and his manifold experiences in devising and implementing pioneering web-based training models have indelibly shaped his trajectory.

The zenith of his commitment was reached at the advent of the new millennium when he embarked upon a collaboration with the esteemed Department of Psychology at the University of Padua. This fruitful synergy resulted in the conception and implementation of online personnel assessment systems, epitomized by the Skill View® model (2000-2004), subsequently enhanced by the integration of tests and questionnaires within the originalskills cloud-based system, operational since 2014 and accessible at www.originalskills.com.

The application of scientific revelations stemming from the domain of neuroscience, and their transposition into the realms of human resources and, more recently, marketing, constitutes the thematic essence of his authorial pursuits. His works, characterized by a dual professional and academic orientation, have widely disseminated the models and assessment systems he originally devised, constantly evolving technologically to incorporate emerging Artificial Intelligence paradigms.

The culmination of this educational mission is encapsulated in the conception of the specialized Master's program in Neuromarketing and Behavior Design. An innovative pedagogical endeavor, co-conceived and spearheaded by him alongside a team of researchers, was inaugurated in 2017 within the city of Milan (www.neuromarketingmaster.com). Presently, he holds the designation of Academic Fellow at the International University Center and serves as a faculty member in the Health and Behavioral Science Graduate Studies (BESC) program in Malta, where he also steered the development of the Post Graduate Diploma in Behavioral Neuroscience for Business.
