Mechiel Kopaska

Mechiel Kopaska is, first and foremost, fearless. It’s how she lives her life and runs her business.

She also thrives in environments that include countless moving parts and shifting landscapes which is why she exceled for so many years working as a project manager in the IT industry. It was the right combination of variety, change, and problem solving, but she saw that she was trading hours for money, and when she was fired (aka when her J.O.B. quit her), she was able to concentrate on her real estate investments full time, having been involved for more than a decade on a part-time basis.

Her success in real estate investing came through the school of hard knocks, but she focused on her vision, knowing she had what it took to learn, adapt, and create real freedom and true wealth for herself. At every turn, she connects with people and excels at solving their problems, and when she can’t, she can find someone who can.

Mechiel has expanded her real estate business to now include hard money lending and solving real estate issues. She also coaches others who are interested in mirroring her own success and finding the freedom, wealth, and satisfaction that she enjoys. As an innovative problem solver, she sees solutions that are either uncommon or difficult for others to find.

As Mechiel shares, “We all have people, situations, or things that bring up our insecurities and fears. Whether it’s leaving the security of a job, being vulnerable with the people we love, or taking a risk on a new venture, we can always find something to worry about that will cause us to fear. But fear is just another thing that controls us, takes away our choices, and destroys our ability to thrive. Too many people let fear dictate their choices. Fear is a waste of time.”
