Patrick Doyon

Patrick Doyon (PEng, MSc, CEd, MBA, CEC/PCC) is a Canadian executive, strategist, educator, and advisor dedicated to helping organizations thrive. Over a 30-year career spanning technology, telecom, public safety, consulting and executive education, he has guided leaders to sharpen their strategies, align teams, and drive sustainable growth. He is the author of “Leadership” Velocity (2020) and “OX (Organizational Excellence)” (2025), serves as Academic Director of Executive Education at Carleton University’s Sprott School of Business, where he leads the Mini-MBA for Engineers, Scientists, and Technologists and the Management Skills Certificate programs. When he’s not working or teaching, Patrick enjoys cycling, skiing, hiking, traveling, and time with family and friends. He lives in Montreal with his wife and their two kids.
