I'm a poet and memoir writer, a watercolor artist, a translator, editor and teacher. I love fusing disciplines, writing poems on top of my watercolor paintings, keeping non-English words in poems and stories I've co-translated from other cultures, discovering (and teaching, subtly, through image and metaphor) life-lessons in my work. I love leading art & poetry workshops that help others, of all ages and backgrounds, create their stories in art and poetry.
