Emma Pivato

Emma Pivato is a retired psychologist and academic who lives in Edmonton, Alberta. She is the author of the Claire Burke mystery series, featuring characters with different disabilities and personality quirks who are involved in various misadventures while searching out one killer or another.

Emma’s memoir about the life she and her husband share with their 41-year old daughter, Alexis who faces multiple disabilities will be published in the fall of 2021 by Guernica Editions in Toronto.
