Khalilah D. Johnson

Khalilah Johnson is an Interfaith Chaplain and a Trauma and Resilience Expert; Keynote Motivational Speaker; Author and C.E.O. of Redefined Unlimited an Executive Coaching & Consulting Firm for Personal, Professional and Spiritual Development.

​ As an Intergenerational Trauma Survivor, from adolescence to early adulthood, she experienced multiple forms of abuse that caused paralyzing thought patterns and an unforeseen journey into motherhood as a teen that exposed repetitive generational cycles.

Her own desperation for change led her to her purpose and she is now dedicated to helping others break free from the bondage of inherited generational thinking.

​ She passionately teaches Natural Born Leaders, How to Regain Their Power, by Rediscovering Their Divine Identity, after Trauma.

​ Her diverse skill sets lend to her breakthrough results in Transformation as well as her personal experiences of overcoming impossible odds. Khalilah is Certified by Florida State University as a Trauma & Resilience Professional, Trauma Support Specialist by Trauma Institute International, as well as an Emotional Intelligence Practitioner. She is also Certified by The American Board of Neuro Linguistic Programming as a N.L.P. (Assoc.) Practitioner.

Certified as a Professional Futures Trader by Online Trading Academy, she teaches the importance of learning different streams of wealth. She and her husband are real estate investors owning 3 properties to date.

She is currently in the foundational stages of building her digital media company ‘BrazenNation Media.’ 

Affectionately called “The Voice” by those in her professional inner circle; her voice has traveled all over the world. She has hosted three successful online radio shows. Her first show ‘Broken into Purpose’ , reached half a million global listeners weekly in the first 4 months.

​ Her signature, “UNDEFEATABLE YOU SYSTEM” offers proven transformational breakdown strategies; that help women escape the cycles of emotional and mental turmoil of past experiences and negative family impact, to renew their mindset, own their identity, stand firm in their value, strength, and live their legacy.

She has taught students from around the globe spanning 96 countries. Her reach impacts adults of all ages and youth. She has partnered with Maryland Government funded programs to facilitate at -risk youth and young mothers transitioning from foster care.

Always learning and mastering new skills she has studied at Liberty University and taken courses from several local colleges. Her pursuit of knowledge has led her to learning under the most incredible thought leaders, brand experts and wealth builders of today. She completed Global Ambassador, Dr. Cindy Trimm’s 52-week Executive coaching program and was accepted into Dr. Trimm’s ‘Women Who Shape Our World’, 2018 mentorship.

Her expansive thirst for knowledge and determination to provide value to those she serves, keeps her a lifelong student of traditional and unconventional learning. She continues to expand her wisdom by learning from those who have mastered the art of wealth building, marketing and brand expertise. ​

Khalilah has taken her servant leadership, coaching expertise, into consulting services to help women design and live the life of freedom they deserve.

As a Certified Business Consultant & Corporate Trainer her expertise also includes Digital Marketing Professional, and E-commerce Specialist. She helps her clients develop and implement strategies to redesign their lives to produce generational impact.

​ As a Corporate Trainer she offers practical steps to help organizational leaders create Trauma Informed workplaces and employees identify and self-regulate reduce stress from burnout. Her training includes experiential processing, and transformative techniques that assist leaders and employees in resolving symptoms of compassion fatigue while, at once, developing resiliency skills and practices that prevent symptoms in the future.

​ Khalilah is a survivor who knows how to sell others on themselves. From unpacking the past to impacting the future; Khalilah is a master at harnessing the mental momentum it takes to turn resistance into resilience.

​ She is bold and brave when encouraging others to investigate family history to identify and confront dysfunctional patterns.

​ Khalilah gives tools and action steps to continue the conversation and prepare the next generation for healing and wholeness with strength and established boundaries.
