Laneice McGee, Server &Leader, understanding that growth comes in every season of your journey. She graduated from Fisk University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology, and as a master's degree in Human Services from Springfield College.

She is the co-founder of “Big, Beautiful and Blessed,” an organization that looks to promote positive self-image in young women through modeling.

She is a board member on the Negro League Board & the Generosity Project. In addition to leading monthly networking meeting for women entrepreneurs, providing resources and connections.

She is proud of the accomplishments in her life and would not change any of the lessons that guided her to her path today. Laneice is grateful for the mentors and advisors that have poured in her life and she reciprocates that to others, which she was given.
