Ines Zenke

Prof. Dr. Ines Zenke advises energy and industrial companies on a pragmatic approach to the rising flood of regulations and on dispute resolution. Her main focus is on energy, environ-mental and infrastructure law. She is also a distinguished policy advisor.

Ines Zenke has been a lawyer since 1999, since 2002 partner at Becker Büttner Held (BBH) Berlin.

She started her lecturing career in 2013, she has been Honorary Professor for the subject “Infrastructure Law and Management” at Eberswalde University for Sustainable Development since 2018.

Since 2015 Ines Zenke has been Vice president of the Economic Forum of the Social Democratic Party (SPD). She frequently provides expert advice to the Bundestag. Since 2016 she has been a member of the Commission for the Review of the Financing of the Nuclear Phase-out (KFK) of the German Federal Government.

Further to her extensive lecturing career Ines Zenke already authored numerous books and publications on energy, competition and banking law as well as compliance.
