Julia Martins

Julia Martins knows bread and baking! She has been baking bread using conventional ovens, dutch ovens and automatic bread machines for over 18 years, and she distills her most prized secrets into each book. She learned all of the tricks of the trade from her mother, who always seemed to be baking something delicious for the family. Julia lives in Oregon, and always seems to offer home-baked bread or other goodies to her community.
