Chris Weatherhead

Chris Weatherhead was born in Glendale, California, the daughter of WWII hero pilot and his wife, a former Hollywood singer. The family traveled extensively, and Chris was able to study various cultures, living briefly in the Dominican Republic, Tokyo, Japan, London, England and several regions of the United States.

Chris began writing at a young age but chose to be a professional actress, screenwriter and producer, while studying with Brewster Mason, a leading actor of the Royal Shakespeare Company in London. She performed in major projects in New York City and Hollywood, starring in many productions and prime-time series before directing two American War for Independence docudramas about unsung heroes of South Carolina. Both films have won many international awards. She resides in South Carolina with actor/writer/director husband, Clarence Felder. They have one daughter, Helen, a middle school teacher.
