Lee Chambers

Lee Chambers is a business psychologist, speaker and founder & CEO of Male Allies UK. He is an expert on workplace wellbeing, productivity, resilience and diversity. He is a Kavli Fellow of the National Academy of Sciences, a board member at CMI Women, and was recognised by UN Women in 2023 for services to gender equality. He was formerly the founder and CEO of Essentialise and PhenomGames.

Lee Chambers is also widely recognised as a prominent thought leader and speaker on workplace resilience and male allyship, receiving the Freedom of the City of London for services to equality in business. He is based in Preston, UK.
