Caroline Coleman Bailey

Caroline Coleman Bailey is a seasoned expert in The Business of Family®. As a third-generation member of the Gallo family, and following an eighteen-year career in the family business, Caroline pursued her own entrepreneurial spirit. Through this transition, she identified her value within the family as a catalyst, launching the Gallo Family Council in 2006, as the founding chair.

Caroline understands the dynamics of multi-generational families. She is one of eight children and a mother of four. She is a daughter, granddaughter, sister, aunt, and cousin. In these complex times, she saw a need to create modern day solutions to encourage family unity and cultivate connections for like-minded individuals and families in business together.

Combining her professional and personal expertise with her passion for bridging the gap between business and family, Caroline founded Premier Growth® in 2010.
