PHILIP CARTER

Philip Carter is a cycling enthusiast, resident in the Isle of Man. He has attended most of the World's great bike races and completed sportives in Belgium and the UK. Aside from cycling, he enjoys travelling, taking part in pub quizzes with friends, and watching that other great sporting event on two wheels, the Isle of Man TT.
