Joi Brown, a Career Strategist, Life Coach, Fitness Instructor, and Entrepreneur committed to educating, equipping, and empowering people to become their best self and live their best life.

Joi has over twenty years of human resource development and management expertise in the Federal Government She is the Chief Executive Officer of 3EEE Consulting, where she help organizations and people strategize ways to obtain a healthy, holistic, and purposeful life through customized services, conversations, and workshops.

Joi’s love for dance allowed her to motivate and inspire others to be active and she has been a Fitness Instructor for over 7 years. Joi’s classes are high energy with easy-to-follow choreographed steps and upbeat music that create a party atmosphere. “In every Small Step you take, you will see Big Results!”

She is also an Entrepreneur of Sensational Perfume Chick, natural hand whipped shea butter and an Adjunct Professor at her alma mater Bowie State University.

Very active in my community serving as a Mediator for Charles County Mediation Center and within her sorority, Prince George’s County Alumnae Chapter of Delta Signa Theta Sorority, Inc.

Lastly, she is the proud mother of a Class of 2020 Virginia State University Graduate, Javonte’ Brown.
