Folasayo Williams

Folasayo Williams' experiences as a Nigerian raising two children in diaspora have provided her with an immense passion for African representation in culture. Motivated by her experiences in struggling to find good quality toys and books that featured her culture, heritage and hue, she has created an award winning business that creates unique Afrocentric children's resources which introduces children to the richness and vibrancy of various African cultures.

Folasayo's mission with the products she designs is to help raise well rounded, confident, and empathetic children through cultural education and representation. With her books and toys, she encourages conversations on diversity and inclusion and makes cultural education easily accessible to children regardless of background or heritage.

She lives in Kent with her husband and two sons.
