Alex M. Thomas

Alex M. Thomas is Associate Professor of Economics at Azim Premji University, Bengaluru, India. He studied economics at the universities of Madras, Hyderabad, and Sydney. His co-edited book 'Pluralistic Economics and Its History' was published by Routledge in 2019. His book 'Macroeconomics: An Introduction', published by Cambridge University Press in 2021, was widely reviewed and is used in university syllabi across the world. He is currently working on a new book 'History of Economic Thought: An Introduction', also to be published by Cambridge University Press.
