Dr. Srikanth Gaddam

Dr. Srikanth Gaddam is the Founder and CEO of ERPA, one of the fastest-growing enterprise technology consultancies in the United States. He has founded four companies and grown ERPA from two people to a hundred-million-dollar firm serving clients across higher education, government, healthcare, financial services, and retail. ERPA has been recognized by the Inc. 5000 for ten consecutive years, the Deloitte Technology Fast 500, and Business First Fast 50.

He is the author of five books on leadership, entrepreneurship, and technology strategy. He completed Harvard Business School's Owner/President Management program, holds an Executive MBA from Ohio State University, and earned his Doctorate from Case Western Reserve University.

He founded the Sponsor Kids Foundation, serving children across three continents, and created a scholarship fund for the children of first responders.
