Deborah O'Neil

Deborah O'Neil was born in Ottawa, Ontario Canada and raised in Orleans, Ontario. She is the mother of two incredible children who inspire her every day. Prior to having children, Deborah worked as a public servant in the Federal Government in the area of disability, then went to work as a research assistant to a Member of Parliament where she continued to be involved in the area of disability. Following the Member of Parliament's retirement, Deborah became a consultant, working as an associate in an Ottawa-based Event Planning and Management firm as the lead event planner on accessibility for persons with disabilities and event planner for other events. After her children were of school age, she volunteered in their school for a few years before returning to work in the Federal Government as a public servant. Deborah enjoys her home in the country, her pets, doing crafts and renovations.
