Freddy Caceres

Freddy Caceres is an executive police administrator that oversees the operations of a police department in the Miami, Florida, area. He has over twenty-five years of management and leadership experience and has studied several qualities and shortcomings of leaders for his book, Second Nature Leadership as well as for his own leadership success. He has worked as a patrol sergeant, detective bureau supervisor, and operations lieutenant within the agency. He started his leadership journey in the early ’90s at a large telecommunications company where he worked his way up the corporate ladder as an operations manager to eventually be responsible for hundreds of employees throughout his tenure with the company. He is married to the love of his life, Lina, and has four children, Ethan, Wesley, Ryan, and Abigail.
