Mr Chris Atkins

Chris was born in Neath, Wales in September 1979. Since a young age, Chris wanted to be an actor, a football player or a children’s book author. The dream of being a leading man in Hollywood or the star player for Manchester United never materialised but the one of writing a book for little children did! This of course didn’t happen overnight, it took 14 years of being a primary school teacher and reading countless picture books to arrive here. In between writing Chris dedicates his time to his 2 young boys and coaching his under 10s (at the moment) football team. He is an avid Manchester United fan and will gladly bore you to the edge of exhaustion about how they are the greatest team to ever grace the earth! He also enjoys fitness training, reading and exploring the outdoors.
