Iain Enticott

Iain Enticott is the founder and Managing Director of T4 Group, a rapidly growing IT

firm specializing in technology solutions for the financial and healthcare sectors.

With over 25 years of experience, he has built a reputation as a leader in IT strategy,

cybersecurity, and cloud computing.

Iain’s passion for technology began early, alongside his dedication to competitive

swimming and triathlons, including Ironman events. While earning his computer

systems engineering degree at RMIT University, he learned the value of great

coaching—an approach he now applies to guiding businesses through IT challenges.

After university, Iain worked for companies developing software for the accounting

profession. In 2001, he founded Technology for Accountants, focusing on IT

solutions for accounting firms. In 2022, following the acquisition of another IT

provider specializing in healthcare, he rebranded as T4 Group to expand its services.

A recognized industry thought leader, Iain has contributed to publications such as

Accounting Technician Magazine and the Accountancy Insurance Newsletter on cybersecurity,

cloud computing, and IT strategy. He is also the award-winning co-author of the

Amazon bestseller On Thin Ice, published in 2020.

Iain believes in continuous growth through mentorship, both personally and

professionally. His leadership team works with an EOS facilitator to refine strategy

and improve execution, embodying T4 Group’s mission of shared success and

innovation.
