Isaac Akara

Isaac Akara, the first child of eight children and the third child in a family of ten, was born on January 16, 1965. He is an African from Nigeria.

Married, Isaac lives with his family in the outskirt of Lagos, in a developing countryside where people struggle very hard for every good thing. From dawn to dusk, under tall trees in a lovely flowery garden, he develops exciting plots, creates intriguing characters, and make illustrations for his books.

He is the founder of Isaac Akara Story Company, a company that produces short story and picture books for children. His books encourage children to read and become avid readers. He has written more than fifteen unpublished works and still writing.

Isaac schooled in Auchi Polytechnic.
