Born somewhere, at some point in time, Mike Dean Krix occupied his childhood trying to escape the claws of the Demogorgon hiding under his bed.

He managed, and spent fifteen years of his adult life working for various multinational companies in six different countries before giving up everything. This was the moment when he resolved to follow his dream of being a warrior mage, traveling the galaxy on his home-made spacecraft to hunt dinosaurs.

Back from his quest, he wanted to share his adventures with the rest of the world and decided to become a fiction writer.

Those who claim that Mike Dean Krix is an accountant from Burlington who lives with his cats and dogs in a suburban house and spends too much time reading the masters of Fantasy, Science Fiction and Horror do not know what they’re talking about.
