Emiliano Bosio

Dr. Emiliano Bosio, PhD, is a renowned educator, author, and public intellectual known for his work on values-based, critical, and ethical global citizenship. He is the editor of Ethical Global Citizenship Education (Cambridge University Press), Conversations on Global Citizenship Education (Routledge), Value-Creating Education (Routledge), and The Emergence of the Ethically Engaged University (Springer). Dr. Bosio is the director of the "Global Citizenship Education Interview Series," which features scholars in the field of international comparative education. Dr. Bosio's academic interests include critical and transformative education, globalization dynamics, global citizenship, educational policy, comparative and international education, teacher training, higher education, participatory democracy, and youth engagement. A prolific writer, Dr. Bosio regularly contributes to University World News. He is also a Research Committee Member at the Center for Global Nonkilling (CGNK) in the United States.
