Charles Foti

Charles L. Foti has walked this earth for seven decades, wearing many hats like most folks. He has been a grandson and a son, a husband and a father, a grandfather and a teacher. He has owned a business and spent most of his life embracing the written word as both a lover of books and a student of both fiction and nonfiction. Amazon now carries more than a dozen of his novels, six children's books, and one nonfiction book on politics and history. Charles taught American history and government for twenty years and has worked with children of every age from kindergarten to college. Thousands of students have inspired him with their idealism and passion. One of his novels, Sicilian Boy, which is the culmination of digesting and internalizing a plethora of stories told to him by his grandparents, remains closest to his heart. They are stories of leaving the old country to seek the American Dream so that future generations might thrive. His own children graduated from top colleges and are living said dream because of the sacrifices of those who came before them. America is a melting pot of ethnicities, religions, and dreams.
