For 20 years, Rick Rassier used volleyball as a platform in school assemblies to challenge students all over the country to set goals and be chemically free. With the One-Man Volleyball Team format, Rick played more than 8,000 volleyball games and never lost a game. Long hours of personal training taught him a great deal about motivation, discipline and making the most of abilities. His experience on the court has given him valuable insights about the mental aspects of athletics and performance. Rick has been working with teams from all the sports since 2000. For seven years, the JUMP Challenge Course was open at his home with a 60’ climbing tower and seven other high elements. Since 2010 he has taken the training entirely on the road working with over 250 teams a year. His mission is simple… challenging athletes to “Take it to the Next Level”, be a leader and bring others with them. He uses a series of fun, entertaining, and inspiring activities to create a learning environment that makes a huge impact on athletes. Since he died five years for 27 minutes his new life theme is, “Every minute has a purpose”.
