Kelly E. Green, PhD (she/her) is a Licensed Clinical Psychologist, Consultant, and former Professor of Psychology at St. Edward’s University in Austin, TX where she founded the Certificate Program in Evidence-Based Addiction Counseling.
Dr. Green received her doctorate in clinical psychology from Rutgers University, where she was a graduate fellow on an institutional training grant from the National Institute on Alcohol Abuse and Alcoholism. She completed her clinical internship and postdoctoral fellowship at the Boston Consortium, which is a joint program with the VA Boston Healthcare System, Harvard Medical School, and Boston University School of Medicine. Dr. Green has been a Clinical Fellow in the Department of Psychiatry at Harvard Medical School and a Teaching Fellow in the Department of Psychiatry at that Boston University Sch, LLool of Medicine. She was previously an Instructor of Psychiatry in the Department of Psychology and Harvard Medical School and Staff Psychologist Clinical Director of a dual-diagnosis treatment program in the VA Boston Healthcare System.
She is passionate about shaping the future climate for women, minorities, neurodivergence, and workplaces with evidence-based programs, consultation, and coaching to improve relationships, quality of life, holistic wellness, and equity at work and home.
She has been trained by international leaders in cognitive-behavioral therapy and motivational enhancement interventions for relationships, addiction, mental health disorders, and she is a recognized expert in the challenges people experience in pursuit of “having it all.” She is the Founder of Grind Wellness, LLC.
