Donna Rhodes

Donna is excited to present her first published book, Creating Futures: The Life of Richard Aguilera Ruiz. During her 26 years of public school teaching, she sought examples of seemingly ordinary people fulfilling their life purpose. Then, she met Richard Ruiz and knew his story needed to be recorded.

Her love of language and art of storytelling will pull you into Mr. Ruiz's life experiences while you reflect on your own life's mission, which is what Donna experienced while writing this book. Her passion for teaching and challenging her students to find their passion or to allow their passion to find them is exemplified through her writing.
