Dr. Char-Shenda Covington (Dr. CeCe) is an avid educator/leader committed to enhancing the quality of education, not only students receive, but also adults. Her life’s journey has been filled with revelations and tasks geared toward building the capacity of those around her through teaching, mentorship, and leading organizations. She is dedicated to helping children and educators reach their full potential. She is a firm believer that all children can learn and all teachers can teach, when equipped with the right tools.
