Matthew Streeter

Matthew Streeter has been a part of Alabama's growing culinary scene since 2004. Growing up in a military family, frequent traveling helped introduce him to cuisines from around the world. His Passion and curiosity for foods from around the world shines through in the dishes he creates. In 2014, Matthew helped open the bistro side of Mason Dixon, a dedicated gluten-free and Paleo-friendly restaurant. Over the years, he has shown that healthy and allergen-free food can be delicious, complex and satisfying.
