Gopakumar Ambujakshan

Gopakumar started his career in 1996 in a small firm as a software developer. He developed various industrial automation software like building automation, terminal automation, and other automation products. Before he became a director of product management of a multinational company, he had handled various roles like product lead, team lead, project manager, program manager, business leader, sales manager, and product manager. Throughout his career, he focused on creating new products and managing the product life cycle and marketing. He has rich experience in both product development and sales & marketing, which is an ideal career progression for product management roles. He has seen both the engineering and growth side of product management. He played a crucial role in developing and customizing various processes for managing products and projects. Gopakumar has rich experience in managing both software and hardware-centric products. He has trained many people in the product development process and product management. Currently, he is working on creating a new framework for business to business product management.

Gopakumar has done B-Tech in Computer science and Engineering from Calicut University and completed his Executive MBA from SP Jain Institute of Management and Research. He has done various other academic programs on digital marketing and data analytics.
