Theodore Deden

Theodore Deden has worked over 15 years in the financial industry, mostly in Switzerland. Of these, the last five years have been spent as a business consultant, facilitating all manner of change within large Swiss banks. Regulatory changes and strategic initiatives (including business transformation) are his bread and butter, where he puts his broad skills and knowledge to good use. Deden’s areas of expertise include financial analysis, advisory process, cross-border banking, equities valuation, software design and testing, Lean/Agile development methodologies, data migration, business process engineering, reporting automation, and Python programming, among others. Deden holds a bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, an MBA, a CFA charter, the PRM designation, and various certificates in areas from project management and software test management to Agile methodology and investment performance measurement. He lives in Zurich with his wife, two sons, and a golden retriever.
