Milaurys Morales-Roe

Milaurys Morales- Roe, formally known as Mila Roe; Was inspired to begin writing books while attending a creative writing class in college. Her passion has always been in the arts, where she has been a featured artist at several art shows. Her love for art and poetry began as a young child; Inspired by the Puerto Rican culture, along with her poetic grandmother. Growing up she always felt different from her peers, causing her to feel alone. The loneliness began the suppression of her thoughts and feelings. Thankfully, she turned that into poetry for the soul. Her mission is to remind readers that they are not alone. We all have skeletons in our closets, dark thoughts, heart-breaks and bad days. It's about choosing to see the positive in life, healing, and growing.
