Andy Cristin

Andy Cristin is a finance director with over 25 years’ experience in a broad range of commercial organisations in the UK and overseas. He started his career with Booker plc, but has more recently worked in a number of entrepreneurial start-ups, four of which grew from nothing to become multi-million pound businesses.

In 2017 Andy was part of the management team who sold their B2B service business after building it from nothing to £1m profit in less than 5 years. He now runs Pareto Financial Direction Ltd, which advises business owners in the B2B services sector, helping them to understand their numbers and build better businesses.

Andy is the author of ‘The Profit Mindset’ and co-author of ‘Pivot & Grow’. He is also a regular contributor to various business related publications.
