I grew up different than most. My life was one of poverty, homelessness, strife and living with family members suffering from drug abuse. Because of this my creative outlet was stifled since survival was on my mind day to day. Now that I’m no longer going through what kept me down I can be as creative as I want to be! I’m married with 6 kids, I'm a certified chef and owner of a soul food restaurant in Utah, and I’ve written my autobiography as well as some children’s books that are soon to be published!
