Kelsey P. Norman

Kelsey P. Norman is a Fellow for the Middle East and Director of the Women’s Rights, Human Rights & Refugees program at the Baker Institute for Public Policy at Rice University. She earned her Ph.D. from the Department of Political Science at the University of California, Irvine in 2017.
