Terry Samala de Guzman

Terry Samala de Guzman was a young immigrant from the Philippines who rose through the ranks to take on the roles of CFO, COO as well as Senior Associate Dean at some of the most respected and prestigious organizations in the USA. She accomplished this while balancing her family life, raising two children and surviving health crises. Having retired from employment, Terry now focuses on her coaching practice, TSDCoach, and running UNLAD, a 501C3 she founded committed to provide the underserved youth access to education. She and her husband divide their time between their home in Charlottesville, Virginia and their farm in the Philippines.
