Bob Morrison was born in Biloxi, Mississippi and moved to Nashville to pursue a musical career. He is an award-winning songwriter with chart-toppers for singers such as Kenny Rogers, Reba McEntire, The Dixie Chicks, Ray Charles, Ronnie Milsap, Johnny Lee, George Jones, Barbara Mandrell, Olivia Newton-John, and the Oak Ridge Boys.
A lifelong athlete, Bob has always been ready to learn new ways to improve his performance. Bob’s serious investigation into health and aging, however, began with first-hand experiences of the failures in the medical establishment. Realizing there is much we cannot control with our bodies, Bob spent the next several years studying and practicing to learn what he could control. The result is this book, "The Aging Train".
And, of course, he regularly prescribes two important things for health and happiness: Music and Laughter!
