Roz Baker

Roz Baker is an ACE certified instructor/personal trainer who has worked with all shapes and sizes. She has designed and implemented comprehensive exercise programs for kids, seniors, patients recovering from addiction and corporations interested in helping their workforce get healthier. Born and raised in Chicago, Roz is also a SAG-AFTRA actress, singer/songwriter and graduated from Columbia College. For over 30 years, she has inspired and coached people to be their healthiest self. Her motto is "Healthy fits all sizes".
