C. J. Ma

C.J. was born and raised in Taiwan, Republic of China. Moving to California at age 13, he was often bullied at schools until he met his savior, a teacher named Mr. Pelton who came to C.J.’s rescue with generous heart and uplifting support. C.J. is forever grateful.

Animal Rescuers is dedicated to Mr. Pelton and C.J.'s other teachers.

C.J. went on to receive a Bachelor Degree in Education Psychology from UCLA, and has previously taught E.S.L. classes in an elementary school in Sunnyvale, California.
