Nigel Gordon-Johnson

Nigel Gordon-Johnson was born in the UK and spent the last 20 years as one of the world's leading Talent Acquisition Specialists. His work has taken him across the globe working in the UK and Europe to China and India and has lived in the Cayman Islands working across the US and Caribbean.

Before his recruiting life he spent 10 years selling complex software solutions and technical specification products in the UK. He has been an elected official to local council and been a political advisor to the UK Government. He stood for Parliament in 1997 and has been a school Governor for many years.

Nigel is keen on extreme athletic challenges and has competed in numerous marathons and Ultra Marathons including the infamous Marathon des Sables in the Sahara Desert.
